Not what they use to be! Bring in vehicle to fix one thing and paper shuffle around fixing other stuff to pad the bill. Example brought the Pu in for power steering pump,they call say not pump but steering rack and pinion a $700.00 ok fix it calls me back needs power steering pump. Another $300.00 he quotes so I say fix it. At the garage for week I go to pick it up pay the bill $1300.00 Ok leave get a call from them 20 minutes later they say I need to come back they didn't do some ajustment! Did not go right back that day called and made an appoint for Fri. Suppose to only be a 20 minute fix,I show up Fri 11:35 am I am told there getting ready for lunch. So that the third strike my money will spend elsewhere. I not a new customer but I he new kids math is all wrong !

just like everytime I go to Kelly's: timely professional reasonably priced and done correctly. Took my vehicle out of the shop with the new alignment and drove 490 miles.

We bought a piece of junk at a used car dealership and didn’t even make it home before it broke down. We got the car to Kelly’s Auto Repair and it was the best experience we could have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, figured out some minor things and major things wrong. They didn’t just wrote up a huge estimate, they broke each part down and found some alternatives for us. They were fast, professional, and they kept us updated throughout this process which was very involved due to the state of the vehicle when we purchased it. I will never use another mechanic shop. Absolutely, hands down the best experience ever having to get something repaired!

I had some unique exhaust work that needed to be done, but got the run around and high prices for two months at several dealerships. Kelly himself came in on a Saturday, and had it done in a matter of hours for a fraction of previous quotes. I highly recommend Kelly's, and will be returning there with my future automotive needs.

Recently moved here and They replaced my antifreeze tank. Was not over priced either; they will work with you. Very professional and will go back for other maintenance when it’s due time. Call Kelly Auto and Repair for estimates on your vehicle because they are NOT over priced. What I paid is almost half the price of another auto shop around Ocala - Dunnellon. Also spoke with multiple workers there, maybe just for business but the communication was great.
