Kelly's is by far the best service I have had in a really long time. They are family owned and operated, and they are a complete pleasure to have in our local area. Car trouble can completely ruin a person's day, or even their entire week. But Kelly's helps take away some of the stress that comes with having to make repairs because I know that my car is in very good hands. First of all, I already know where I am taking my car since I would be foolish to go anywhere else. So the stress of searching for an honest mechanic is not something I have to deal with anymore. Also, I know I am being diagnosed accurately and charged fairly. I know that they will have me in and out as fast as they possibly can. I know that they will thoroughly explain the problem in a way that I can understand and ask me if I want to proceed with repairs before doing any work, so I don't have to worry about being surprised with a big bill that I wasn't expected. I also know that if they can't find the problem they will be honest and tell me they can't find the problem. They won't replace a part that didn't need to be repaired just so they can make an extra dollar. They are by far the best!
