Went to Kelly’s for an oil change very satisfied with the price and the work done while sitting there Kelly himself was helping an elderly veteran Navy veteran who had a flat tire he proceeded to tell the gentleman that he had a nail in his tire and when the gentleman reached for his wallet Kelly explained that there was no charge. that to me is a wonderful way of doing business especially for an elderly veteran who probably is on a limited income but the idea that you do that as a gratis service means very much to me as a customer service representative of the past.thank you very much for helping and taking care of the people of Dunnellon with excellent Auto service.
