First time at Kelley's, new to the area, and the first time in and out in just over and an hour; for two rear brake replacements. I will be back for any maintenance of my jeep.

Kelly’s took my car in on time and gave me an estimate in a couple of hours. Parts weren’t available locally so they ordered them. Next day car was repaired. They also listed other items on the car that need to be repaired.

Not what they use to be! Bring in vehicle to fix one thing and paper shuffle around fixing other stuff to pad the bill. Example brought the Pu in for power steering pump,they call say not pump but steering rack and pinion a $700.00 ok fix it calls me back needs power steering pump. Another $300.00 he quotes so I say fix it. At the garage for week I go to pick it up pay the bill $1300.00 Ok leave get a call from them 20 minutes later they say I need to come back they didn't do some ajustment! Did not go right back that day called and made an appoint for Fri. Suppose to only be a 20 minute fix,I show up Fri 11:35 am I am told there getting ready for lunch. So that the third strike my money will spend elsewhere. I not a new customer but I he new kids math is all wrong !
