Absolutely outstanding. My usual service shop actually referred me to Kelly's because Kelly's has invested in the new equipment to diagnose my car's issue. My regular shop (great place) said that if for any reason they couldn't use their own shop, the only place they would go is Kelly's bc they are professional, expert and trustworthy. Kelly's got my car in when they said they would, at the price they quoted and got it done faster than promised. Their shop is always packed, and you can see why.

I had them fix the AC on my 99 Silverado and Kelly said that all it needed was to be evacuated and recharge and he was absolutely correct. I did after I got the truck home change my clutch fan which they advised me was the reason why it was not cooling while I sit in traffic. After changing it, it definitely keeps it cool in traffic as well as driving down the highway. I am very pleased. They are going to be working on my other truck whenever I can’t fix something it goes there.

This was my first time at KARS, and it was a very pleasant experience. First of all, the fact that they were wanting to work on a 1994, is saying something. Justin, who helped me, was also very friendly. They didn't try to charge me for unnecessary parts, either. Just an a/c charge, and I was good to go! And lastly, the office guard dog was cute!
