I had seen great reviews on the internet about Kelly's Auto Repair & Service. So I decided to try them. I set an appointment for 1 and arrived about 15 minutes early. I came to Kelly's because I heard my brakes grinding and knew that I needed new brake pads. I assumed that I would need brake pads all four. About an hour and 15 minutes later, I had received an estimate doing all four and I was also told I needed calipers. They estimated the job to be $715. They broke down the estimates based on parts and labor. They told me that the calipers would be $115 each and the brake pads $70 for each set. And the labor would be approximately $90 an hour. I really didn't have a choice but to get them repaired so I told him to go ahead and do the job. I checked the internet for the places that they buy their parts the very best set of calipers ran $88 and brake pads for 55 for my particular car. I questioned them about the increase and the parts and they explain that they can only honor a warranty by bumping the rate up. I didn't think this was fair. Customer service was okay and I'm assuming the repair job is okay also. Everything seems to be fine after 3 days. Time will tell. I probably will not go back to Kelly Auto Repair. But I wish them continued success.
