If I could give more stars I would. My experience with the team at K.A.R.S. Was amazing! Like many of you, I have had issues with auto shops in the past, including local dealerships service centers. It got to the point where you think that no matter where you go, you’re going receive subpar service and be overcharged. K.A.R.S. changed that belief for me. Their team was upfront and honest, patient and accommodating to my wife and I. They were committed to making sure that our experience was a positive one. We brought my wife’s Excursion in first to get it travel ready, and they went through the Excursion from top to bottom and didn’t charge us an arm and leg. Their prices were fair and their service was exceptional! Next I brought my F250 Super Duty to them. It had been sitting for about 8 months after I tried to do a repair myself that ended up ruining my engine. They didn’t make me feel stupid or try to sell me on a new engine, which my wife and I decided to purchase. They were very honest as we discussed the pros and cons of such a big decision. They offered other options that would have been less expensive, which is something most shops won’t do. After doing our own research on Jasper engines, and feeling confident that we were dealing with an honest shop, we decided to go ahead and purchase a new engine. I asked for one thing, I told them that all I wanted to have to do when I got the truck back was wash it. Most shops would probably take advantage of a customer that said that, but not the team at K.A.R.S. Instead they proved that they had integrity and honor, by working on my truck and replacing the things that needed to be replaced, repairing the things that could be repaired, and keeping the costs as close to the original quote as possible. This is Character, Integrity, Honesty, and Unbelievable customer service. Rare to find in this day and age, in a time where people seem more concerned with making as much as they can, with no concern for the customer. This is the K.A.R.S. difference. I know this review has been a long one and some may doubt my reasons for leaving such a positive review, but they earned this! The whole team has earned my respect, trust, and business. Thank you for bringing my truck back to life, for bringing that feeling I had when I first bought it back, and for restoring my faith in mechanics.
