Dead battery

If you like sloppy mechanics, this is the place. They use rivets to secure hidden parts instead of replacing with nuts and bolts. Also, instead of 4and1/2 quarts of oil in engine as per OEM, they dump in the whole 5 quarts, claiming they dont have anyway to measure 1/2 quart. And, last but not least, they left off a large bolt on the front suspension during a bearibg change. Sloppy backyard mechanics!

I took my car in for an oil change today. I drive a smart car, which is unusual because the engine is in the trunk and it requires a special kind of oil. The team at Kelly's made sure to have the oil I needed onhand even though it wasn't what most cars take, and were quick and efficient with the oil change. They did a basic inspection while they were at it, and reported that my car is in good condition and does not currently need any repairs. This is a nice change from most companies where they try to convince you there are five or ten things you need fixed (by them, of course) even when you know that that isn't the case. I was very pleased with the service and will be returning my car here for future needs!
