$307.17 for 2 front brake disc replacements. They didn't change out the brake pads. First and last visit here. They had a cute office dog though. Edit: 12/21/18 After speaking with Mr. Kelly, He said I'll be given a credit back due to being charged incorrectly. Fast response time from the office staff. Thank you. 1/3/18 haven't received a credit, no longer care.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience. We spoke with your wife and she came by so that we were able to put the credit back on her card.

Your service is great, but you need to communicate with the customer more. You don't keep them updated on whether the service will be prompt or take a few days. Also if there is any doubt as to what the customer wants, give them a call.

Kelley's has always repaired our cars wonderfully. They are always helpful and quick on their repairs. Most of all they are honest and don't insist you fix anything that is unnecessary. Will always take our vehicles to Kelley's.

We had a major failure of our vehicle's cooling system. A shot oil cooler, blown head gasket, the works. Kelly took care of all of the contacts and inspections with the extended warranty company. Obviously, they didn't want to pay for the repair given the cost but they fought hard for us and helped us out. They even arranged a loaner vehicle when the warranty company's rental period expired. Kelly kept us informed every step of the way and after a monumental effort on their part we are back on the road. I can do regular maintenance and simple repairs but I will ALWAYS trust Kelly's team with the tough stuff! P.S. NEVER buy an Interstate Assureguard Extended Warranty, they were the most difficult company Kelly has ever worked with
