Would be 5 stars, but was there early and from my appointment time it still took over an hour, which is a bit long for an old change. My old shop never took more than 30 minutes max, and they were a busy shop with only 3 of them there with one mainly inside. Don't know why it always takes so long here at KARS.
I'm sorry you feel your oil change takes too long. My apologies. We've gone through some personnel changes recently and are trying to get things sped up. However, we believe our customers deserve more than an "oil change". We could easily change your oil in 10 minutes, however, we allow one hour for every service because we go beyond an oil change. We inspect everything from front to back including all of your lights, belts, hoses, fluids, suspension, steering, brakes, driveline, exhaust, leaks, replace any bulbs necessary and document everything with photos. We believe your safety and vehicle health are far more important than a 10 minute oil change. Thank you for your patronage, Kelly
