I brought my Mazda 6 in to have a particular "noise" checked out. Come to find out something had broke that enabled the brakes to stick. So, it was grinding. They needed to replace the brakes and also, Kelly was able to "fix" the part that broke in the first place that made the brakes stick. Now, this is very important......Kelly "FIXED" it. He didn't replace it, he fixed it. That is something repair shops don't do anymore. I am very appreciative of Kelly for being "Old School". I certainly didn't like the cost of the repair, who does, but I would never take my car any where else.

We are from out of town and made a appointment for the vehicle. The inspection was done in a timely manner and we were out the door with our assessment in an hour. Friendly staff in an efficient environment!

Diagnosing problem took longer than expected (2 months), but at least it wasn't my primary vehicle. Only criticism I have is I wish they would have kept in contact with me as to what was going on instead of me having to call to see if there had been anything done.
