2012 gmc terrain brought in for intermittent engine misfire. the mechanic could not get the car to misfire but did a complete vehicle inspection and found no major issues. my total bill was 0$. i can't think of too many other repair garages where this would have been the case. these are very honest people. i highly recommend them.

I was under the impression that I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. Once the vehicle is in their hands, they evaluated it and determined that I still had plenty of life left on those parts and returned my vehicle free of charge. I couldn’t ask for better service and better people!

Very friendly & knowledgeable. They did an accessment of my vehicle, sent me email of issues found along w/photos. They did not push me at all. Tech explained what was more important to fix along w/cost of each one. Very honest people.

For over 20 years, I have used Mr Kelly at KARS to service all my vehicles, mostly Hondas and Fords. He has helped me keep up regular maintenance and recommended reasonable repairs for fair prices. My family and I have confidence that he and his team (including his sons) will keep us on the road for years to come.

Took my 24 camryan for 30,000 mi oil change and rotation. Everything was completed in about an hour with an appointment prior. The thing that was important to me was when they brought or he the red-headed dude brought in pictures of what was going on also got a printout review of what may need to be done in the future I'll definitely be back there after my 5,000 mi trip

In my opinion, there's not a better place for auto repair. This is a great family business. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and communicates well! They are very specific about what they did and communicates recommendations. Wonderful customer service!
