Honest people, I thought my mom's van was due for new spark plugs. My dad had just passed away and mom wanted the 100,000 mile service done. After pulling a couple of plugs I was told that the plugs look like they were recently changed and it didn't need new ones.

The staff & mechanics at KARS were great! They listened to my "bizarre" description of car noise, without judging me and were polite about setting an appointment. Once there, they assessed my car, gave me detailed explanation of car needs, in understandable terms & "real" pics of my vehicle's needs. (I liked that). No pressure. Office & wait area are clean. I am happy with the repairs. I had brakes issues that were resolved in a reasonable time frame, without having to take out a second mortgage to pay for services. Brakes & air are "on point." Traveling feels safe in my vehicle, now. Amazing :D I will be back. Thanks KARs! Great job!
