Kelly helped me out. I was stuck at home w/ a car that had a dead battery. He came, jumped the battery making it possible for me to keep my appointments in Ocala. I ended up having to replace the battery but Kelly made the day a lot less stressful and less expensive. He didn't didn't charge me for the jump or for installing the battery! :)

Was referred to Kelly by a fellow BMW owner 10 years ago. Have since taken several of my own vehicles and two of my kids cars who were visiting from out of town. Also referred our niece who has since taken two of her cars in to Kelly's. Not one complaint from any of the service experiences. Always tells us what it will cost up front. Always happy to help with properly repairing the screw ups from my mistakes as a shade tree mechanic.
