Suffered a break down while on a trip. Kelly and Justin were able to meet me on an off day so that I could retrieve my car without missing work. Also, the first time I have ever received pictures of the problems (via email) and they came in AT their estimate. No unpleasant surprises. Thanks to the whole crew- only wished I lived closer. Driving from Pinellas Co. on a saturday my car experienced some minor mechanical troubles. Being a weekend, I had to leave the car. I could not retrieve it for a week so I decided to have some other issues checked out while the car was there. Kelly's sent me a estimate with pictures of the offending problems (something NO auto repair place has ever done). Impressed I accepted their estimate. Unfortunately I could not get a ride to retrieve the car for 2 weeks and then on a Saturday (when they are closed). Explaining my situation to Justin he was happy to meet me on his day off to allow me to settle up and drive away happy.Great job! Only wish you were not 2 hrs from home!
