On Friday I called and spoke with Stephen. Talk about exceptional customer care. We usually bring our vehicles to KELLYS for any major issues and they are alway great. This time after a month in the hospital with my husband and trips to Tampa we noticed my brakes were making a terrible sound. When I took a picture I was missing a bolt on my caliper. Of course this could have caused a terrible accident. When I called I explained the situation and they had me bring it in. They took care of it. It was a blessing after all we been through. Scheduled for an oil change tomorrow and glad to say I can trust my vehicles in their hands always

I’ve been working as mechanic for years until both at dealerships and in the military until being medically retired..I’ve seen a lot been around a lot .I’ll say Kelly’s sets a standard all shops around the country should be attempting to be at ..They diagnosed my truck for free with a plan of me coming in next week to have the job done .When they could have very easily charged for today and next weeks repair work .I was honestly blown away to find that out opening the door of my truck after being on the road most of the day helping haul a load with a buddy.I’ve also been big on staying local ,There actions and professionalism just add to the reasons I’m so extremely happy finding this small town to own a home in all because of a boat ramp I became in love with .Y’all keep the darn good work ,give that little pup a biscuit and good speed .Climb to glory
