I'm 100% disabled and I need folks I can truly trust when I have a friend or relative bring my vehicle in for maintenance or repairs. I'm new to Kelly's but after one visit I can honestly say they have my trust and I don't plan on ever going anywhere else. Their work is excellent and the information they supply is very detailed prior to the work being done. Everyone I have spoken to is friendly and the shop itself is clean and labor costs are not unreasonable. To everyone at Kelly's, thank you!

This was my first experience with this shop, and they were awesome. I had an older van that required a special tool. When they could not locate one, they made one to complete the repair. They also came in under estimate when they found that they did not need to do something they had anticipated. Completely happy with them and glad to have found a shop I can trust.

This has been by far the most amazing customer service and servicing of my vehicle I have ever experienced. Trust me, this isn't a statement I ever expected to say about a repair shop. I've read the positive reviews and local comments so was hoping for a positive result. I have an older vehicle that's going to need quite a bit of work but I wanted to see how the service on my daily driver would work out so I got an oil change. From my very first call they were extremely polite, knowledgeable and I never spent a moment on hold. While the oil change is being done, the standard "inspection" and top offs were completed. As my oil change was finishing up (and for me as a veteran with 100% disability that cannot take my vehicle for repairs myself is extremely and unexpectedly important to me) I received a text with a link that took me to the inspection page which honestly blew my mind. This inspection page showed me details, photos, brief explanations of areas that I should be aware of. All of that and more were on this page. I have never seen anything like this in my 40 years of getting my vehicle's serviced. When my oil change was completed I was able to see the photo of my dirty air filter which honestly does need to be changed as well as my front brakes having less than 2 mm of pad remaining. There was no pressure sell of any kind. Just a simple "Would you like to schedule an appointment for these?". Then, to top it all off I received a regular receipt and another text with a digital receipt with everything done. Amazing. So, in one simple visit, they have earned a customer for life. P.S. One last thing. My rear windshield washer hose had disconnected from its fitting inside my SUV hatch. They took care of that and never even made a mention of it.
