This has been by far the most amazing customer service and servicing of my vehicle I have ever experienced. Trust me, this isn't a statement I ever expected to say about a repair shop. I've read the positive reviews and local comments so was hoping for a positive result. I have an older vehicle that's going to need quite a bit of work but I wanted to see how the service on my daily driver would work out so I got an oil change. From my very first call they were extremely polite, knowledgeable and I never spent a moment on hold. While the oil change is being done, the standard "inspection" and top offs were completed. As my oil change was finishing up (and for me as a veteran with 100% disability that cannot take my vehicle for repairs myself is extremely and unexpectedly important to me) I received a text with a link that took me to the inspection page which honestly blew my mind. This inspection page showed me details, photos, brief explanations of areas that I should be aware of. All of that and more were on this page. I have never seen anything like this in my 40 years of getting my vehicle's serviced. When my oil change was completed I was able to see the photo of my dirty air filter which honestly does need to be changed as well as my front brakes having less than 2 mm of pad remaining. There was no pressure sell of any kind. Just a simple "Would you like to schedule an appointment for these?". Then, to top it all off I received a regular receipt and another text with a digital receipt with everything done. Amazing. So, in one simple visit, they have earned a customer for life. P.S. One last thing. My rear windshield washer hose had disconnected from its fitting inside my SUV hatch. They took care of that and never even made a mention of it.
