Made an appointment for an oil change. Got in early and they also fixed a tire. Coffee and muffins available. Friendly service.

Went to Kelly's to get a leaky tire repair and it only took15 min. And they didn't even charge me!!!!!

Honest Mechanic shop. Unfortunately, after being customers for around 2 years we didn't have the same level of service we grew used to . They had the car for a week, showed very little interest in checking underneath the car for noise we asked to be checked. They also used the wrong synthetic oil. They may be a little too busy for our needs.

In my opinion not very professional! Was referred by a friend when my car wouldn’t crank and the “need an oil change light came on.” Called to have my Jeep towed to their location and was asked specifically by the owner what services I needed, which included an oil change, that I later didn’t receive! Although I wasn’t charged for it, they also left a battery charging kit in my Jeep, which I later got a phone call about to return, leaving me to assume “did I pay $120 for a brand new continental battery or did they just charge me for them to charge it with the device left in my car?” I also got a very disturbing call from the owner after my boyfriend returned their device telling me he didn’t like the way my boyfriend confronted him about not receiving an oil change in front of other customers! He said things like he did me a favor by pushing my Jeep in front of other customers because he saw I had a kid, that he was booked for 5 weeks already, and that I seemed nice but my boyfriend wasn’t! That in my opinion is very unprofessional to call a customer to complain about services that should have been done but saying he was too busy that day to do, although Im sure that’s what was agreed upon and then to not even try to take responsibility but make excuses! All in all I won’t be using this business and I’d rather spend my money elsewhere!
