I'll start with saying I'm a mechanic and know my way around cars pretty well but as you get older it gets a little tougher to get under your car to change the oil and do the things you used to do, aside from the fact of all the required diagnostic equipment needed these days to do some of the simplest jobs you almost always have to rely on someone else to fix it for you. So, in short, I'm pretty picky and Kelly's do exceptional work and stand behind it, you won't find a better organized or level of customer service anywhere.
