The service was great and my car is running very well and the headlights look like new.

I've had good and bad luck with this small business. I know many others who use this business and had decided to try them again to work on my Chevy truck. I called on a Tuesday morning and was told to bring my truck and drop it off, although they would not be able to look at it that day. When I brought it in, I spoke directly with the owner who assured me that it would be looked at as soon as they could and someone would call. I told him in detail what all needed to be looked at. By Thursday afternoon, I had not heard anything so I called. I was then told they would not even be able to look at it until the NEXT Wednesday. Had I been told this up front? No. I understand if you are busy, but that is beyond unacceptable. Honesty and communication with customers is what is going to keep your business going and keep them coming back. I went to get my truck since I cannot be without a vehicle for that long of a time. It was parked in the exact same location as where I left it, which leads me to believe they forgot about it and obviously had not even looked at it.

I had KARS replace my alternator a few months ago. The friendliness, respect, and quick service I recieved from them made me immediately make them them my new mechanic shop. I have since had them replace a starter. Same great service, respect, super fast turnaround. I am utterly satisfied with their service. I have put my trust in them.

Best A/C (and all other repair needs) in this area. Fix it right the first time, every time at Kelly's. He replaced the A/C in my old truck 15 years ago (2006), and I haven't even had to add freon to it. Still ice cold to this day!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and fair!! Everything you should want and need in an automotive repair facility PERIOD!!

Very professional and never took advantage of me as a woman with a husband who has Alzheimer's. Who was with me. They did everything that I asked them to do & didn't take them long to do it . I called last minute to see if they had an opening and they did they got me in to get the job done. As a woman that has to do everything now I would recommend Kelly's Auto repair to everyone as I already have & told them how fair they were and what a good job they did. Thanks Kelly for taking care of me and not taking advantage of me as a woman. I definitely will be back for more service at Kelly's Auto repair if I need anything done to my diesel pickup truck.

Very courteous and professional

Great service as always - I thought we needed new tires on our Toyota Sienna. I arrived at Kelly's all prepared to buy four new tires - the mechanic checked them out and told me they were actually fine; the tires could use rotating, however. I can't say enough about Kelly's: the honesty, the service, the prices. We are so lucky to have them in this area!
