Consider this your warning: If you go anywhere else but here to get your car repaired, you're crazy. These people are family and treat you the same way while your car is with them. They do a great job and do not seek to lure you in for more work and cash. Great people.

I also firmly believe that the one star review was of someone who might have had a communication problem. I don't see them having a vehicle for a month and not doing something. I don't know the specifics but that's just my opinion.
