Referred to Kelly’s shop by 2 different people who I trust. The shop gave me an appointment the same day I called and took my truck in within minutes of my appointment time. They serviced my truck and gave it a complete check. The price was fair compared to other places I have used for oil changes. The office staff was very helpful and the waiting area was clean and had nice refreshments while you waited. I will say that the next time I have my truck serviced, I will ask them to clean up the oil that got on the undercarriage a little better. I had some oil that dripped on my driveway which I had to clean up. Overall I am well satisfied and will give them my business from now on. Well this was my third time back to Kelly’s to have my truck serviced. The first two times I was satisfied with the service except for the fact that I had to clean up a few spots on my driveway from the old oil dripping on the concrete. This time I specifically ask them to take extra care with cleaning up any spillage of oil on the undercarriage. I should have checked when it was completed. When I got home, I backed into my driveway, and a couple hours later one of my neighbors walked by and notified me that my truck was leaking oil. I went out to check and there were 15 separate spots of oil on the driveway (which I had just had pressure washed a month ago). I crawled under my truck to see where it was coming from but I was unable to determine it because it was everywhere. I raised the hood to look because I thought there must be a leak somewhere. No sign of a leak. I went and bought a can of degreaser and sprayed the undercarriage and let it sit for 10 minutes and then rinsed it with the hose. I tried to clean up the driveway with the degreaser and rinsed it down. The spots were lighter but definitely still there. After sitting overnight there were two new smaller spots. I called Kelly’s and told one of the guys who answer the phone that I wasn’t to happy with the job that was done this time. I sent them a couple of pictures to a number they gave me, but haven’t heard back from them yet.
